Jacks and Jumps?

I read a post recently where a player expressed difficulty in hitting so called "jacks and jumps" on his keyboard. I assume these are names for arrow patterns. Can anyone tell me what it looks like?...

Yeah its been a few days now that i've had this problem.

I click in the type box and it won't put in any letters. I am able to join rooms but not start them. When i'm in the room I can't talk....
