I think I've grown out of this site. I come here for practically no reason at all. I feel like I don't accomplish anything just mashing arrows. I'm not impressing anyone, and I'm not making my stress levels and other issues any better just being here playing the game.
In fact, I'm literally bored with surfing the web. When I go online, I check Facebook, then it's getting off. I never want to do anything online anymore. I mean I do most of my communication via texting the local friends of mine. I have college, friends to hang out with, and lots of homework and studying to do most of the time. I just don't have the time for it anymore. Maybe after the semester is over, then I get 3 weeks off, but it won't change the fact that I don't want to be around here anymore.
So now for the purpose of this thread. I have approximately 185,321 credits. I want to give my credits to someone. I'd have my mind made up, but I can't just pick one person at the moment. All you have to do is give me a reason why you deserve the credits. It could be what you could have done for me, someone that had helped me out a lot, or other reasons.
This probably won't be my last post (I have to announce the winner somehow) but I'm going to take this time to say goodbye to the website. Tomorrow night, I will announce the winner, then I'm closing my profile. All i can say to you all is thank you. Thank you for the 4 and a half years of arrow smashing.
I dont really need the credits because I already own all the songs and have over 270k of them, but you could donate it all to Zek's Fire and Lightning Tournament going on right now, it would make a nice addition to the prize pool.
Well, FFR is something you can quit and come back to any time, so feel free to do whatever you want/or that is more convenient with how life is going on. I actually cut Facebook instead 'cause I was fine dealing with any activities with messengers alone and it's been a serious time sinker. I suggest simply swapping your goals from a player perspective into something new. Maybe you can somehow contribute to the site (get more involved with community more/simfile/music/ideas(?)). If there's simply nothing interesting left for you then move on and life continues.
I don't really need credits, but I'm actually getting credit requests from time to time and I'm running low on them, so that could be useful.

I've just grown out of talking to people that I know that I will never meet. As a 17-18 year old teenager, I've always thought about the fantasy of meeting some people from far away. The reality of the situation is that I will never meet them.
As for Facebook, I get on it because I talk to people on there that I've actually met in real life, and most that I meet with on a regular basis. Believe me. I don't play any of the dumb Facebook games. I just use it as a secondary way to contact friends or talk to people that I will never get phone numbers from.
I still get on MSN via phone so I guess if anyone misses me, you all can still talk to me on that. It's just I don't wish to be addicted to surfing the web. It's the worst habit I've had for many years, and I'm glad I've grown out of it.
I know exactly how you feel about the internet. I rarely go on the computer and when I do its for about 20 minutes to check the weather and facebook or to do homework.
I don't want nor do I need, credits give em to someone who needs em.
Good luck with college and have fun!

It is always unfortunate to see someone leave the site and the community. Most have a superficial reason, but yours seems reasonable. Your priorities seem to be in order in terms of placing your college work above this game and I can understand your leaving.
You should keep the credits in case you come back here one day. I know a lot of people who have quit, myself included, and have come back to the site.
We'll miss you. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Best strat: enjoy the game, play what you feel like when you feel like it. Don't think about what you are doing or why, enjoy the gameplay, the artistry behind the stepfile, and enjoy the music.
When the game isn't fun for you anymore, take a break. It's not a job, nobody here is professional and getting paid to play and force themselves to constantly improve... it's a game.

Yeah, FFR is addicting...I don't think I'll get bored with this game unless I somehow become the best at it, which won't happen.
