ITT you recommend games -- old, new... it's all good

    My hunger for games is insatiable -- I need more ;-;

If you know of an awesome game I should get my hands on that I don't already have, let me know!

    Main games folder:

    PSX ROMS:

    PSX2 ROMS:

    Random Other:

    My DOS games folder:

The NES, SNES, Genesis, and N64 folders contain every game for these systems, so that's all good and done.

-Ace Combat 6 (awesome aerial combat game. pew pew!)

-Chromehounds (an o.k. futuristic mecha game. not the best IMO)

-Dead Rising 1 & 2 (THE BEST. #2 lets you combine weapons (chainsaw on a vacuum, ftw)

-Battlefield 2142 (futuristic FPS. I bought it, and it was not bad)

    -Crackdown 2 (lol)

UT2004 (I realize you have UT3, but IIRC they cut out invasion in UT3, it's definitely worth getting 2k4 for invasion. Really fun to play with a bunch of friends.)
        Serious Sam
I see you have the Commander Keen games, play the **** out of them if you haven't.
        Plain Sight
        Killing Floor
Just Cause 2 (Not exactly a 'good' game, but it's really fun to **** around. Awesome environment.)
If you like Black Ops and the MW games, then you should try out Battlefield BC2. I was always against BC2 until I tried it, and it's surprisingly fun. It's very different compared to the CoD games.
        VVVVVV

I'll post more over time probably.

"That just will not do." was keywii's response as she lunged for the scissors, pulled the blades apart, and clamped them down on the base of foil's shaft. Blood start gushing out of the wound where his penis used to be.
        "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Yelled Foil in horror.
"Don't worry. I'm a wizard" uttered Keywii. And with that, Foil's penis grew back.

Planescape: Torment. Its like Baldur's gate (same engine). You would probably like it since you have both baldur's gate games.

Ahhh yeah Commander Keen was a staple of my early childhood gaming along with Wolf3d, Spear of Destiny, Duke Nukem, Doom/Doom 2, etc. Basically stuff that ID Software/Apogee churned forth.

PSX Roms: Final Fantasy Tactics, Legend of Dragoon, Saga Frontier 1 & 2, Suikoden I & II, and last but not least Xenogears. Those RPG's will each hold you a good 10-30 hours+ per.

                PC Games:
                Alpha Protocol (shooter modern)
                Call of Jaurez (western shooter)
Apache Air Assault (i hated it but some may like flying roflcopters)
                Blur (decent racing game)
Dead Rising 2 (ZOMBIE KILLIN w/ quests n stuff, JUMP GYPSY JUMP)
Divinty 2 (RPG, 3 class, wizards robe etc)
FALLOUT NEW VEGAS (if you liked 3, NV is better)
Lost Planet 2 (ur an future pirate of sorts beautiful dx11 shooter )
Puzzle Quest 2 (time to upgrade)
Rockman X8 (cause megaman was a puss)
Split Second (racer use specials to alter surroundings and smashing stuff)
Two Worlds II (elder scrolls knock off)
the new need for speed is out too. hot pursuit was redone for PC IIRC supposed to be fun.

Sorry if I repeated anybody. I read OP only lol. Nice collection sir!

                  Rollercoaster Tycoon 2
                  Beat Hazard

                  Torchlight

This is assuming you have a PC+PS3.

Re: ITT you recommend games -- old, new... it's all good

Assuming they're all for PC when available or 360/PS3 when not

BlazBlue is my favorite fighting game. Highly recommended, also get a pad.

I'd have to say Bad Company 2 is ****ing amazing if you enjoy multiplayer FPS's. It's probably the best one I've played since TF2, maybe even since the original Battlefield 1942. Sure as hell blows CoD out of the water.

Just Cause 2 is an awful game that's insanely hilariously fun. It's like a hyper-masculine action movie.

Torchlight is a Diablo clone, and a wicked good one at that. If you like Diablo, pick this up for sure.

Beat Hazard is good if you can get it for cheap. It's kind of a novelty music game along the lines of Audiosurf meets Geometry Wars

Braid is a fantastically clever time-manipulation platformer. Must-play.

AC:Brotherhood if you liked AC 2. It's more of the same except for multiplayer which is an interesting take.

Bloodline Champions, hyper-competitive WoW-arena-ish game with a huge emphasis on skill, removing random factors, and a level playing field. It's in open beta and tends to attract WoW, HoN, and LoL players. I plug it whenever I can, it's great.

                    Minecraft. It's Minecraft.

What's that free Valve game? Alien Swarm? Give it a try, it's not very replayable but it's free and fun.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl - /v/ jizzes all over this game, in their eyes it's right behind God Hand as the best game ever. It's fun, but as I once heard somewhere, it's the kind of game where you bind quicksave and quickload to the left and right mouse buttons.

Psychonauts is a must buy. Amazing platformer where you delve into the minds of a bunch of campers. Tim Schafer game, very funny.

Beyond Good and Evil is one of those games you play just so you can say you played it and get mAd GaMeR cReD but seriously it's a classic (commercial failure, critically acclaimed) and the sequel is rumored to be in the works.

The Witcher is a great RPG, I was hooked pretty hard for a while.

Fallout New Vegas is actually different and improved enough from Fallout 3 that I felt totally justified paying 40 bucks for it. Great addition to the Fallout series. Half an hour into the game I sent some Scientologists to the moon and got a spacesuit with awesome stats out of it. Typical Fallout style, in other words.

Company of Heroes is a great WWII RTS, worth checking out.

                    Altitude is fun

                    Machinarium is fun

                    Osmos is fun

                    Recettear is weird and fun

I'm tired I think I'm done writing this post for now

I had it for 360, but I forced myself to stop playing because I would get in screaming matches with the monitor whenever someone picked v-13. I may pick it up again some day but fighters in general brought out a part of me I really didn't like. Nothing against the game, it's fantastic fun, it's just that I couldn't handle it lmao
