I'm glad I left walmart electronics before midnight or I probably would still be stuck up there selling a trash game to trash gamers. But I think most people preordered their copies since the gamestop across the street looked like a goddamn block party with all the vehicles piled up. I just got my code for the mag beta today well really I had it for over a month now but I just checked my mail today for it so I'm not worried about any gaylo ****. 256 players at once is all I need.

ODST: You play as a few ODST soldiers, and it's basically a campaign addon. The gameplay is different as opposed to Halo 3 though. The ODST's aren't like Master Chief, so you can't just stand there tanking bullets and shooting people, you actually have to use the environment to your advantage. You can't dual wield weapons anymore (smg, pistol, etc.) ODST also has a new mode called Firefight. Ever played Gears of War 2:Horde Mode? Yeah, it's that, Halo style. Also, everyone who buys ODST and gets the 7 achievements called "Vidmaster Achievements" gets a new armor permutation called Recon. It's a armor that only certain people got on Halo 3. The people who got it did stuff like be the first one in game to suicide with a cone, the guy who runs Machinima Youtube channel got recon for showing so many people tons of videos about Halo 3, and for having funny movies to watch featuring Halo 3. And well you should get the point by now.

Played it somewhat, didn't play too far into the campaign but it was actually somewhat enjoyable on legendary, not too easy not too hard. Didn't play the firefight thing or w.e but I watched 2 friends play it, fun, but I figure it'd get boring pretty fast. Kinda disappointed there's no online matchmaking, I've been waiting patiently for a new halo game to replace h3 :<
So yeah, game had potential but no multiplayer killed it for me, I'm not buying a new halo game to play a 4 hour (unless this is longer, I have no clue I just figure it's a typical halo game, I knew nothing about this game up until it came out tonight aside from you play as a odst duder) story line that I lost interest in forever ago.
