                                          You were able to float with zero effort because the amount of salt in the water made it more dense? I've never heard about that, but it makes perfect sense, and that's actually kind of cool. XD

                                              this is the exact beach spot i went to.

                                              It is really hard to get an understand of how it would be just from watching it. You really can not sink at all. Even if you tried your hardest to swim downwards it would push you back up. You wouldn't want to try that though because getting any water in your eyes would burn like a bitch. It pretty much feels like you are swimming with life saver things on your arms and legs and head.
