I was thinking about doing something cool, but wanted to know if anyone thought it was a good idea, and if I should really try doing it (or else I might end up doing a bunch of work for nothing). I was thinking that somebody should step an FGO or FMO song without any doubles. So it would probably be something with crazy fast breakbeats and 3 frame jacks. The problem is, there probably aren't that many songs to do this with, so one may need to make their own. I was thinking about trying to do it, but again, if people don't think it's a smart idea, or if someone else would rather do it, or if there was a song out there that it could be done with, then I won't do it (I might not do it either way). I was also thinking that it might be cool to do it as a stepfile challenge, with a winner and stuff, but I doubt that would happen.

It's an interesting idea but I doubt there would be any way to make an interesting difficulty file without any jumps. It would just be ultra-fast stuff with no variety, most likely.Comment

an FMO/FGO without doubles? It might be possible for songs full of fast streams and little or no bass beat, but like dore said, without jumps, there is no bass beat, no jumpstreams, no chains, nothing but another OMW v1 (without the few jumps in it, lol)Last edited by samurai7694; 10-9-2008, 07:48 PM.

Yeah, I figured so. One more thought though. What if it was something like 'the games we played' with tons of cool breakbeats, like, really random beats in a drill 'n' bass song (instead of piano, like in TGWP). The weird timing would make it fairly cool, and it would probably have to be on the shorter side, so that it wasn't too repetative.Comment
