ok well i just bought a new laptop and computer and they both came with vista. Can anyone help me find a way to make it not lag?

Turn off any background programs you have. Like AIM. Even ProChat if you're in there, it makes me lag on XP. But close out of anything else you don't need. It will help.
Also you may want to consider upgrading your RAM. For Vista you need at least 1 Gig, so that's probably what it came with. -

Yeah, I got a new computer with Vista too.
FFR lagged MAJORLY before I got a pop-up on my computer telling me to update my flash player. I did that, and now FFR is playable, but still not how it was on XP or anything...=\
I have 2GB on RAM if that means anything, I dunno.Comment

There is a way to fix the lag on vista, highandroid made a thread about it, but it's better off switching to XP anyway (you risk damaging your computer with highandroids tutorial, at least I think I remember reading that in the thread).Comment

Apparently my friend has the XP home edition installion disc though, but if that fails for whatever reason, I suppose I'll quit bitching and make an AIM account, LOL.
