    Canon D

Is it ok to get a Canon D into FFR? and if it can, I can get some good recordings , but it's up to the admins. . .

EDIT: OK, i'm done, MIDI synth remix it is, I just need some one to step it since I won't have the time . I will record it in a few minutes and post up the link !

          Banya version, no.
Jerry C version, highly unlikely that you can get his permission.
          Classical version, i don't know.

If your talking about Canon D, no
If your talking about Canon in D, I think so (The original artist has been dead for over 40 years now, right?)
If your talking about Canon in Z, I'm trying to get his permission but Tay is being busy with other things.

Cannon in D is a classical piece written in 1680. This means that the piece is Public Domain. All you need is permission from the person playing said piece, or a midi file from someone we already have permission from.

Pachelbel's "Canon in D Major" as a piece of music is in the open domain, as Pachelbel died more than 80 years ago. However, it is reasonable to assume that you'll need permission from the individual organization that performs the version of the song that you use. Like...While Canon is not copywritten, if you use the San Francisco Symphonic Orchestra's recording of a performance of Canon in D, you may need to get their permission.

Would you want an entire band, or a flute ensemble?

no band or flute ensemble, but more of an orchestra likely

EDIT: NOPE, nvm, i can make a MIDI file that I can arrange using a program and i'll just step it myself. . . , if it's possible.

A string quartet will suffice :P
