If anyone here plays in an orchestra, and can convince a few friends to play it so you can make a quartet (even a violin-cello duo works well), it actually isn't an extremely challenging piece - I remember playing Pachelbel's Canon when I was in 6th grade. A recording of that might not be the best quality, but would be an easy solution to the permission problem. The only issue would be finding the sheet music, but I'm sure it's around somewhere.

ok, here's mine, it's kinda slow-paced and contains synth beats but I, importantly, wanted the classical feeling to stay in the music.
