We all know that there are groups of people out there who have clans (gamewhore, RB, TK etc..)
So why not have an automatic system, to integrate more of an MMO feel.

Guild Name: Name chosen by the founder to represent your guild.
Guild Rank: Your guilds rank, compared to the other 50 guilds grand totals.[1] (Subject to Change) You can click to see the guild list.
Founder: That guy who made the guild. You can click to see his profile.
At War With: Challenges can be issued to fellow guilds. Perhaps a built in challenge system would work well, competition to see who gets to a certain amount of points first etc... Click to see the opponents guild profile.
Age: When was this guild made.
Grand Total: Users will have the option to TAX their points earned. The Taxed % (0-80% or so) will be added onto the guilds Grand Total.[2]
# of Guild Members Shows how many people are in the guild.[3]
Title: The founders chosen title for you, and/or a group of people.
Internal Rank: Compared to others, how many points have you taxed for the guild?
Points Acquired: How many points have you taxed for your guild?
Date Joined: Thats when you joined the guild.
---
In order to join a guild you would have to ether click some sort of "Join" button. You would then be directed to a form that you had to fill out. The form would be sent to the Founder or co-Founder (set by founder), and assessed.

Tax: What % of your Grand Total earned will be send to the guild.
Lock Guild: Founder option only. Disable join requests.
Hide Guild Information: Hides Guild Info from your profile.
Minimum 1% Tax: Founder option only. Tired of no one taxing your guild? Well MAKE THEM. We'll keep it unnoticeable though :P
Extra Information:
[1]
There would be a limited number of guild slots available. Each of the people wishing to create a guild would have to go through the 'Guild Administrator Guy' in order to have one created.
[2]
Tax would be applied every X minutes/hours. Say you play 100 games and make 120,000,000 points. Throughout the time period, depending on what your tax setting was on, the server would have been recording the % of points made in a game. (ex. 60% of 2,000,000) At the end of the time period the total amount would be removed from your grand total and placed onto your guild grand total.
