    So... Whorli and I are moving to LA.

    who's coming with us?


    But, seriously... we're moving cross country to LA in May. Need to have a Philly meet-up before we go, and an LA meet-up once we get there.


    LONG LONG story as to why we're going... and I'd suggest Whorli's livejournal if you want to read up on the why (I haven't read it myself, but I'm assuming it covers most of the story).

                  C'mon, guys, it's not THAT far out of your way to come by DFW and have a mini-Texas-Togethering where you can meet great posters such as Guido and Q (and stretchy, for Orli).

                  Also, when I saw "So... Whorli and I are..." on the forum index, my first thought was "NO WAY!!!", but then I saw the thread and was all, "Oh, I already knew about this."

                          Q and I discussed rearranging your itinerary so you don't have to drive through stupid old Amarillo and instead come to the DFW area.

                          Edit: I had the same initial thought as Guido.

                                  Believe me guys, we WOULD come through DFW... except we aren't traveling alone. There will be:

                                  a. all of our stuff
                                  b. at least Whorli's dad, if not Whorli's brother as well
                                  c. THREE cats

                                  we discussed stopping off on different places to meet up with people... but we don't think it'll work, because of the above mentioned stuff. mostly b and c.
