Re: how do you know if your songs in the que?
it's updated about once a week. if you sent your file from this Sunday or later, I haven't played it yet.
Try reading the thread... I am VERY clear about all this so that I don't have to deal with 100 different people asking every 30 minutes why their file hasn't been judged yet.
Also, as an aside... I'm willing to bet 100,000 credits that the file sent in by this guy is awful.RIPComment

Re: how do you know if your songs in the que?
I bet 10 credits that it's great.
Edit: I'm pretty sure it's going to suck.
You owe me 100k credits, but 10k will do just fine!AAA's: 171 (1 + 9)

that's mean and disrespectful, its completely in-sync and on beat, perfect stepfile in my opinion, maybe BPM is too slow, but that's about it,it's updated about once a week. if you sent your file from this Sunday or later, I haven't played it yet.

P.S.
I used mixmeister to find the BPM, is that good or should I use that acid thing...Comment

Re: how do you know if your songs in the que?
There's no call for that. It's one thing to joke with a senior, or know from past sims that it will probably suck, but just cuz your getting more submisions then you'll like is no reason to ditch the newbz.
Have a heart, were you AAing DDR on your first try?Comment

Re: how do you know if your songs in the que?
thank you very much, this is my first stepfile,
but as for FFR, I have been playing for almost a year now and can get a 300 combo on nova pulser (if that means anything) without button mashing and have achieved a total of 14000 credits, but thank you for standing up for me on the stepfilesComment

Okay Tass, I'm going to speak up here.
THIS attitude is part of why people are so pissed at the judging. You've alluded numerous times to your bias that newb files are all bad without exception.
Basically: Drop the elitism.
It's not helping, only discouraging those few newb prodigies that make good files from the get-go and those numerous newbs who will soon grow in skill.Last edited by hi19hi19; 02-22-2007, 06:32 PM.Comment

Re: how do you know if your songs in the que?
hi19: 9 times out of 10, i don't know who steps the file when i play it. i go back afterwards and see who made it. then i see who made it, and go "ohh... that makes sense now."
*shrugs*
this guy's file will be judged unbiasedly, just like every other file.RIPComment
