    Official Favorite Manga Thread

    This is the official manga thread. I think since literature is a form of media, it would go in this category. I hope that a general consensus for the manga will become our Official FFR Manga. I'll start off with a small list:

    Love Hina
    Saikano
    Cardcaptor Sakura

      Lol, I consider that a small list. My favorite mangas are Love Hina and Initial D.

              Pita Ten is the only manga that's worth buying.

              Everything else is because you're horribly obsessed with the series.

                      Nah. P10 is good, but not in a league of its own. Other superb manga titles include:

                      Sgt. Frog - Hilariousness rounded out with awesome awesome females.

                      Alien Nine - tsutter beat me to it oh well it is awesome enough to be worth mentioned a squillion times.

                      Negima - Awesome females, awesome fanservice, awesome action, and awesome dramatic moments. Akamatsu and his army of assistants at their very finest.

                              I've only read three mangas.

                              Ranma 1/2
                              Mahou Sensei Negima
                              One Piece

                              All of them were spectacular. Negima needs to hurry up and get translated faster, but other than that, it's leagues ahead of the animated version. One Piece is going along quite nicely, such that I can read an episode three months before it airs. Awesome. And I didn't have to waste time and space getting the Ranma anime as a result of reading the manga, so yay.

                                  Ranma is quite good, but I read it so long ago that I tend to forget about it in things like this.

                                  And the Negima translations are pretty speedy - Aquastar is generally only a couple of chapters behind at any given time. And if Del-Ray went any faster, they would catch up with the JP release, which would mean 5-6 month waits between every volume thereafter.

                                                          So anyone want to give a basic list of manga to vote from? I would put P10 on the list but as I have not read it, I cannot say.
