I think it would. Also considering that the speed in FFR is about two times faster than that of songs in DDR. Not to mention the series of steps to which you have to accomplish.

The only songs on FFR that would be totally impossible on a pad are Hellbeat, One Minute Waltz, Caprice, Revolutionary Etude, and Flight of the Bumblebee. Uber Rave is probably possible, same for Rondo and Chrono Trigger. The rest are easy cheesy. Well, assuming you're good.
