This is the first time an OS has had a "soundtrack," so to speak. This would be a monumentally bad idea under normal circumstances, but they got Robert Fripp of King Crimson to do this.
This is an interesting idea, you know? Hiring big-name artists to do sounds for operating systems. Brian Eno made the startup sound for Windows 95, actually. I wonder how well Fripp's music will fit an operating system.
