[Oh, and Spoiler Warning too.]
Ladies and gentlemen, I have a confession to make.
I think I could consider myself a pretty good fan of The Matrix. I've seen my fair share of it, and I've even taked a peek or two at that Matrix video game, (just for the plot, I swear) and a peek at that MMORPG of the Matrix that was doomed to fail.
But, you see, until last night, I had seen everything except the final chapter: The Matrix Revolutions.
I gotta say, when I started the movie, I was expecting something sub-par or par. You see, all these people on the internet were giving out all these reasons on why Revolutions sucked, and being the believing person (and thus horrible Werewolf Game player) I am, I put my trust into the word of the internet. So I was expecting a movie that would be cool, but not living up to it's great reputation. In other words, another Matrix Reloaded.
When the movie ended, I was filled with this strange, alien emotion that I had not felt in a long time. Perhap you people call it something else, but I like to call it "anger." Realizing this "anger" might be an issue, I decided to vent it in a productive way: This thread. Let's get started, shall we?
To All Those Who Said The Dialogue Was Too Vague Or Whatever

Even you, Maddox. But you're still okay, because I would expect that from you. I suppose some people just don't like their dialogue to be open to interpretation or to have double-meanings.
To All Those Who Said The Ending Sucked Balls

Really, it was. It provided pretty visuals, closure as to what would happen, and you got to watch The Matrix get "reset," which I always find cool when I get to see the green code.
To All Those Who Said The Wachowski Brothers Messed Up

Was it perfect? Of course not. Nothing ever is. But damn dude, the people who whined about the "Jesus metaphor" being too obvious need a slap upside the head. I was expecting it to be shoved down my throat. Instead, I get a small line here, a familiar pose there, and that's it. As for the movie in general, they did a very great job in showing thier concepts and ideas of how the worlds are, and greatly expanded the setting from the original movie (Introducting things like programs in love, APUs, and Seraph's backstory).
To All Those Who Said The Neo Vs Smith Battle Looked Like DBZ

No, dumbass, it didn't look like DBZ. It looked like fighting in the air. It looked like an epic clash of Good versus Evil. It looked like a fucking great final showdown. (And I was very pleased with the way Neo finally destroys Smith. It was very clever and poetic.)
And finally...
To All Those That Whined About There Only Being 3 Action Sequences

If you thought there were only 3 action sequences, maybe you have some kind of Retarded version of ADD, where you get easily distracted by boring things, and you saw something boring going on during the movie that swept your attention away from it.
If you have this symptom, you may be suffering from RADD. Please contact your doctor AND ASK FOR SOME FUCKING MEDICATION TO TREAT IT.
Oh, and the acting? Yeah, it wasn't that great. It wasn't "Godfather Part 3" acting. But it was believable, and that's really all I ask of actors.
I thought the movie was very well done, and alot better than Reloaded, in both plot and action scenes. My favorite part was when Neo and Trinity shoot up above the clouds and Trinity gets to see the sun for one brief moment. That's when I decided, for sure, that the movie was brilliant and everyone was wrong.
Well, I think I've gotten everything off my chest. I certainly feel much better. Oh, wait, I do feel a bit of "anger" still left, I'll just get rid of it really quickly.
Internet, fuck you.
M'kay, I'm done. =D
