    TWG XVII Postgame

    Guardian picked eb (oops) on Day 1 and humped blah the entire rest of the game.

    Voyeur picked eb (oops) and Tasselfoot twice. He was out of looks when he was killed.

    As displeased as I was with the circumstances leading to whorli's lynching, I was thrilled with the team play tactic employed by the wolves. I thought for sure LD had it in the bag, but I gave up his case as lost when he killed talisman because he was a prime lynching candidate, and it was only a matter of time before the known human alliance steamrolled over the last wolf. Shame.

    I doubt I will use the "when a role dies everyone knows" idea again - another failed experiment, it seems. However, I think I will keep the Voyeur.

    I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

          I should have realized that ld had done the same thing he did last game... vote early and quietly in the instalynches. He did a good job realizing that tass had provided enough momentum towards those lynching targets that it was a foregone conclusion that they were dead.

          In other news, I thought it was a very good day one, lots of info, etc. Once the first three wolves were dead and ld didn't want to get too active, obviously, I thought it died down alot.

          Also I thought jake and danceguy played well.

              Not quite

              I immediatly voted for my wolf partners, and my lack of activity was due to a vacation, the cards just fell into place nicely.

                  Props have to go to LD for surviving as long as he did, and for having me mostly fooled. There was always a nagging suspicion in the back of my head, especially as we got to day 6. After day 6, it HAD to be ld or danceguy, and LD was the much more obvious choice... so, even though he got me killed, no big sweat. We got the game won, even if it took longer than I thought it would.

                  Also, where is my love for pegging Whorli right off the bat, and that leading to pegging Hans and eb... just because LD fooled me... I still single handedly got the other 3, or at least got the ball rolling on them.

                  GG to all, I'll have the spreadsheet SS up shortly.

                      I remember when I heard that you were the wolf, I was like "He's got this in the bag, with your close ties to Tass", though, it was a good game. I'll post the riddle answers in a bit. I think Tass should get MVP for nailing 3 wolves that quickly.

                          That game was really fun, but i had no idea that LD was the wolf. I so badly thought it was deltro the whole game. Oh well. Good job tass for your heroic efforts in the capital punishment of three killers right off the bat. I think i played well also, for my first TWG at least.

                              I've been watching this game.

                              1. I thought it was dumb how Tass used IRL to peg Whorli =/
                              2. I thought LD had it until the end where he would've either been killed today or tomorrow and hydro and blah would've pulled away the victory.
                              3. Good job Tass for pegging Hans and eb.

                              That's all. Interesting game to watch until the end where it was like stacked so LD couldn't have gotten a wolf victory.

                                  Major props to LD for doing what I couldn't...although to be fair, you don't have to deal with Tass 24/7 so you had a much easier time of fooling him. Still, awesome job. I wish you'd killed him earlier

                                  Blah, you were too quiet. You need to speak up more. I miss your intellectual additions to the games.

                                                  All I have to say is this...

                                                  Master Wolf = In TWG because of my ideas
                                                  Vigilante = Never in TWG again because of my ideas
                                                  IRL Relationships = Liekly no-nos in TWG again because of what I did

                                                  The THREE biggest changes to TWG, all because of things that I did. Besides the fact that this is the 8th game in which my team has won, one less than Blah... who has the most with 9.

                                                  All of this, and I get no props. Not to mention 3 official MVPs, in TWG 2, 4, 5.. an unofficial one in TWG1, and one this game... should one be awarded.

                                                          I mean, it wasn't against the rules, why not use it? you guys would suck at commanding a war "no we can't spy, that isn't fair!"

                                                          I credit him more for getting eb than whorli though. hans was just obvious.
