    Who's the best DDR controller players here?

    I know I know, playing DDR with the controller is cheap, but some people are really good at it. Who here is good at it? I can get 8 greats on Max 300, so I'm assuming I'm good.

    Also, post the way you play with the controller. I play with my feet holding the controller arms to the ground to keep the controller from moving, and I use my indexes on the shape keys (for PS2).

      um.... haven't played max300 (stupid gf hasn't unlocked it yet... 100 games... bah!)

      but, i'd imagine thats around what i can get with it...

      i just hold it in my lap, and use the normal 4-fingers on the 4 shape keys.

              Thumbs. 5 greats on Max., AAA max300, 1 great MaxXUnlimited, 2 on LOM.

              By thumbs I mean that my left thumb hits the D-Pad, and my right thumb hits the shape keys.

                      Nobody ever said we don't have pads. Plus, it's always fun to just pick up the controller once in awhile and play like that.

                              I sprained my ankle once and couldn't play for about a week...so at the time I played with the controller...it's really really really easy...-.-; so I think it'll be hard to tell who's 'the best'

                                      With controller: I have AAA'd every single song on Max1 from light to heavy on single play.

                                      And on Max2, I have AAA'd every single song from beginner to heavy on single play.

                                      While at home, I only play with controller, because playing at home on a pad is just gay.......unless its "EXACTLY" like the arcade pad there's just no point to play at home.

                                                      Playing with the controller is taking a lot of the fun out of the game. I only use it if I will break down if I play any more or if I hurt myself, which is a lot since I slip around on the home pads a lot.
