There are a couple notes:
- You may vote for no more than 5 users. Any more, and your ballot is disqualified.
- Preferably, you take all 5, but it is not required.
In order for one of these users to be enshrined, they must appear on at least 40% of all ballots.
If you are stuck with a couple open slots on your ballot, I would encourage heading over to Discord to ask about some of the people on here whom you may not be familiar with, and why they should be enshrined. Not everyone will have been around for their eras, but their legacies are remembered.
