                      I don't know how refunds work there, but you might want to contact the staff behind the merch site about your concerns (https://merch.flashflashrevolution.com/contact-us). Perhaps they could help you?

                      Edit: From what I could tell, countries have laws that allow you to get a refund from unreceived deliveries after a certain period of time. The staff might know how long you'd have to wait to be eligible for getting a refund.

                                      Same thing happened to me don't worry. If memory serves me it was darkshark (who not only catfished ppl the whole time on the site lmao) but he promised ffr shirts and then dipped. I'm not sure if mine was actually purchased or just a tourney prize though, been so long ago.
