    What is the best fish for sashimi?

    Adding to this food trend.

    I've always been partial to salmon but white tuna is also good when it's fresh and my guts aren't planning to stab my anus.

              Horse mackerel is top tier
              So is fatty tuna

              Eel is either really good or lacklustre
              Salmon is the simple but consistently good option
