    I am officially a NATIONALLY recognized high school musician!

    Short OP, here goes.

    I received an email today as an acceptance that I made it in to the All-National Honor Ensemble for Mixed Choir! I'm singing Bass 2 which is the lowest voice part of the 8 voice parts!

    I'm so excited, the festival is right after Thanksgiving held in Orlando, Florida!

                                      Thank you so much everyone for all of your congratulations!

                                      Andy, due to the things I want to do in music, I may have to be a music major, and I definitely want to do vocal performance as one of them!

                                      Music will be emailed in mid-late September, I'll keep you guys updated if you're interested in what the music contains. I know at least one of them will be by Dr. Z. Randall Stroope, as he is the clinician of this event!

                                              I honestly didnt know there was an all-national band.

                                              I made the cutoff for allstate in high school but i didnt try out. I had other stuff going on.

                                                  Once in a lifetime, but you have up to three chances to do it (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior), so it theoretically could be up to thrice in a lifetime! Most people don't know there is an all-national honor ensemble for musicians, you have to find that out yourself!

                                                  This is all hosted by NAfME in case you are wondering.

                                                  EDIT: This is probably because it all started in 2011 from my research.
