In this game, 14 players will have to duke it out in trying to find the 2 eponymous "wolves" in the group while trying to stay in the game themselves. Getting eliminated by either getting lynched during the day or killed during the night is a loss for the player. Meanwhile, if the wolves die, then the remaining survivors win the game.
Survivors x 12 (Third Party. Wins if they're alive at the end of the game.)
Wolves x 2 (Scum. Wins if all Survivors are dead or will die without being able to stop them.)
The standard rules of the island:
Instalynches are Off; the day phase will keep going until the night phase rolls around, unless someone forces the issue of course.
The game starts during the day.
Cardflips are Partial; while the alignment of the player will be revealed, their gifted role will not be unveiled.
Nighttalk is On; post whenever you want in the thread, for it just might save you.
Oout-Of-Thread-Contact is On; seed your way through the social mores of your compatriots and find the beasts that hide among them.
Phantoms are On; deciding to not vote will just make it easier for others to lynch you, so try to avoid it.
Kkife-in-the-Back is Partial; ties are initially broken by who has had the most votes over the course of this game. If there's still a tie, then KitB will occur.
No-kill/No-lynch is Off; a lynch will take place at the end of the day to whoever has the most votes while the wolf's nightkill will be randomized if they can't or won't decide on who to kill.
Day phases are 72 hours, while night phases are 24 hours. Phases start/end at 10PM/22 server time. Any role/nightkill that goes unused goes unused. Day phases will be shortened to 48 hours once 7 players have been eliminated.
Three Survivors will get a random role for a day at it's start in a PM, and will consisting of any of the following:
- Hider (Can target someone at night. If the Hider would be nightkilled, then the Hider's target dies in their place if the target isn't in jail. If the Hider targets a wolf, the hider dies.)
- Bodyguard (Can target someone at night. If the target were to be nightkilled, the Bodyguard dies in their place.)
- Lie Detector (Can PM the mod and ask if any one post in the thread is the truth. The mod must provide a correct answer.)
- Actor (Can only vote for someone who has no votes on them. Voting on someone with a vote on them leads to getting modkilled.)
- Jailor (Can target someone at night who cannot use their role and are saved from any nightkills that night, unless they're poisoned.)
- Poisoner (Can target someone at night. That person will be nightkilled the following night phase. Cannot be blocked, but doesn't trigger the Hider or Bodyguard.)
- Silencer (Can target someone at night that cannot post the following day phase. Ignoring this power leads to getting modkilled.)
- Voteless (Cannot vote this dayphase. They will not incur a Phantom that day phase. Voting will result in a modkill.)
- Preserver (Can target someone at night who will have to carry over their role to the next day. This "carry over" counts as one of the three roles for the day.)
One Survivor is randomly declared as lynchproof (cannot be voted for lynch) at the start of every day. Whoever is lynchproof can give their lynchproof status to someone else until the last 24 hours of the day phase. This mechanic will be removed once 9 players are eliminated.
As a bonus, if anyone gets the hammer vote on a wolf, they get bulletproof (cannot be nightkilled) for the night.
