I'm not too sure, i played stuff and i really wanted to play hard files in SM, it started to hurt all of a sudden somewhere in the forearms and it didn't quite down even after i stopped playing, right now it feels a little numb even typing, i'm not too sure what's going on someone please help

Give yourself time to recover. In your next sessions, pay more attention to your body when it's telling you to relax: push yourself, then gradually bring yourself down again until you feel like you're not straining, then push again, then relax, etc. It's easier to prevent injury when you can push yourself just a little bit past your limits and then cool down. Figure out what's "comfortable" for you to do in addition to knowing where your limits are, and you should be able to improve more.
Also worth noting: don't take bad sessions as you losing skill either. Bad sessions will happen -- remember that your muscles do need to recover between intense sessions. :V -

As soon as anything stops hurting, stop. I'll usually take a 24-hour break after a really intense session. I'm generally too worn out to play well the next day anyhow, although this is a case-by-case thing.Last edited by rushyrulz; 08-3-2016, 07:36 AM.

I know i shouldn't be playing this seriously, but i was just mad that one month of hard practice did nothing for my stamina, it just as i feel useless in aspects of this game and it's been effecting me so much to the point that i just played with anger over something that ridiculous, i don't know why i'm taking this game so seriously but frankly, i just feel like i wanna improve faster than anything else so i don't know how bad my arms would get.
