Top prize is a trip to Maui for two with the other spots up to 5th getting some pretty baller swag too.
I'm at 315.5 right and the contest/challenge runs from march 1st up to the end of June. I'll be posting my fatass here for progress during these months
NOW since I need to lose an unhealthy amount of way in a short amount of time I want to go about it as safe as possible. What's would be recommended I eat and only eat for this period of time that will keep my energy relatively high while keeping the calorie intake low? With school and work taking up a huge chunk of my time I was thinking of doing an hour of running/walking a day. Should I try to squeeze in more? Would lifting be something I should do to? They judge the weight loss based on body fat % which they get by just calculating the bmi which is why I ask about lifting.
Some guidance would be sweet. I'm not sure how helpful the other guides would be here since this isnt gradual weight loss.
