Kind of interested in joining, but I have no idea how to play. I read the rules but still kind of confused.

This just in... at zero-nine hundred hours today a group of 'unknown terrorist nations' have made a joint claim to the UN anonymously that unless every nation ceases the storage and production of all forms of chemical weapons, these same weapons will be used on every country who fails to comply. Security has been raised throughout the world in major traffic locations, such as airports, trains, and even oceanic transport. Countries have already began to shut down border access as humorousness nations have been preparing accordingly. There have been no immediate actions against other nations from these terrorist nations, but as proof of their existence, numerous cargo ships through the Atlantic and Pacific have been bombed and destroyed. Casualties are estimated in the hundreds. More at seven.

Night Phase:
Nations will vote a leader as Head of the UN each night. Leader gets 2 votes during day phase.
Terrorists will send kill via PM. This person CANNOT be the Head of the UN.
Terrorists can not kill first night. (The first night phase start is for voting the Head of the UN only)
Day Phase:
Nations will lynch who they think is a Terrorist.
Nations CAN vote to lynch the Head of the UN.

I'm not sure what the point of the countries would be then without the anonymous factor involved. Its pretty much the replacement of numbers, makes it easier to remember and it gives a theme.
Do you see it differently? What would you recommend then?
