          the change to oni unlocks doesn't give it to everyone who previously had an fmo, you have to aaa a 66+ now that the requirements are changed.

          just like someone who had an fgo from before but no reality aaa, won't have scarhand right now until they aaa a new fgo

              If you AAA'd it prior to oni requirements being switched to 66-78 inclusive, unfortunately you'll have to AAA the file again. The admins decided against retroactively unlocking the token for anyone.
