    What game has taken up the most of your time?

    Simply meaning, what game have you poured the most hours into?

    I have over 1.3k hours(that's recorded, most likely more) in Gears of War 3 online and I still play everyday. Over 800 hours into GoW1 as well.


    Also, I just didn't see a thread like this and I searched back 5 or 6 pages, so hopefully I didn't mega derp and skip an existing thread.

      1. FFR (I quit in 2009) I am not even sure how many hours I put in the game but it was a shitload I can tell you that much xD
      2. SM (I quit in 2010 but came back late 2012)
      3. OSU! (Currently playing this atm)

          I'm no hardcore gamer but :
          Burnout 3 - almost 100 hours
          Fallout 3 - probably over 300 hours (notably a 100% complete game with 200 hours spent, I named my persona ... Petrolia)
          FFR - ~500 hours maybe?

              FFR: ~80 hours
              SM: ~1,400 hours - I used to play SM for 2 hours+ everyday lmao.

                  Honestly this would be hard for me to tell. There are a few MMO's that I've put over 1000 hours on, maybe every one or two that exceed 2000 hours. Unfortunately none of that is recorded.

                  I'd say i probably have over 1000 hours on FFR.

                      WoW has taken up most of my time.

                      For non-obvious games, Earthbound, Breath of Fire 2, Breath of Fire 1, the final fantasy SNES games...

                                  Ha. Yeah I have over 35 days into MW2 and I didn't even play it for a full year. Just dedicated a few months to it.

                                      My paladin (just my paladin) has 113 days played. I had something like 200 on my warrior.

                                          Forgive my noobness or whatthefuckever, but this is WoW, correct? How the hell does the game stay so interesting for so long? Are quests or missions never ending? Do new bosses spawn all the time?

                                          I'm getting bored of borderlands 2 and I love the game. I've just done just about everything their is too do, gets boring repeating the story mode over and over. How does a game like that keep fresh?

                                              Well, I hope you're not comparing BL2 to WoW as far as the amount of in game content.

                                                  Raiding. Drops never happen, and then you get stuck going "goddamnit, one more time..."

                                                  Borderlands gets it wrong. They give you tons and tons of random shit, whereas WoW withholds the shinies, and it drives geeks who like to collect shit like me into a froth.

                                                          Well borderlands 2 has something like that. Legendary weapons can take hours upon hours to drop. Of course, usually never takes more than 3 hours most of the time for a certain weapon, but some loot you can farm a boss 300+ times and never see it. But of course, BL2 is not meant to be as time consuming as WoW.

                                                          Of course not. I just don't play any rpg's and Borderlands is the closest to that. I was just wondering how a game can still be worth playing after all that time.
