    Extra Credits for "Perfect Streaks"

    You get credits based on combo right? I think you should get more credits for how big of a perfect streak you can hold as well. Let's say you get an extra .1 credit for each arrow in a perfect streak you can hold, you'd get 100 extra credits if you get a perfect streak of 1000. This might encourage people to try and improve their PA and stronger players will be able to unlock secret songs faster. Plus it would just be cool in general x)

    Of course you'd only get extra credits based on your largest perfect streak, just like how combo credits work.

      This actually isn't a bad idea, more or less it's a realistic idea at that.

      Giving people motivation and rewards for doing it would definitely improve the overall gameplay in a day!

        I personally like this but, knowing the current administration and their stance on credits, cant see this going through.

          Yeah, same with Coolboyrulez0 on this one. It's an interesting idea, because it would give players (mainly beginning players I would imagine) more motivation to not combo-mash... but I don't really see it going through well with the administration. Also, honestly, I feel getting 100 credits for a 1000 perfect streak might be overkill, lol.

          +1 for me on this, either way.

            This would be pretty neat, although it would certainly inflate the number of credits a good player will get from playing typical songs. Not sure how we could balance it to fix that.

              Considering the huge number of credits good players could get, maybe have this at either half the suggested amount, or if it came in then cap the max number of credits you could earn per song at like...60-70? So newbies with decent combos won't hit it, but super pros can benefit without huge abuse getting almost 100 credits a minute on VS Boss Battle.

                Where all the songs that aren't worth actually buying go to purchased and all the better ones go to secret as is the norm!

                  How would it keep track? A non-visible 'combo counter' variable that reset every time you got a good/average/miss/boo, saving the highest value to be multiplied at the end?

                  I think the idea is neat, +1.

                    I support the idea but here's my thinking on how to possibly make it more "friendly" with the administrators:

                    To prevent really good players from taking advantage of this, the perfect combo should coincide with something like average rank, tier points, or even individual songs. An example for each would be:

                    -For average rank, every time your rank improves by 100 (assuming a player would earn the same at any rank over 1,000) you would earn 20% less than the previous maximum earnings on a song.

                    -For tier points, for every 10 points you improve, you would earn 5% less than the previous maximum earnings (I'm just picking percentage numbers that sound like they could be consistent)

                    -For an individual song, for each level of difficulty you increase a "AAA" on you would earn 1% less (ex. if your highest AAA is a level 30 and you then AAA a level 31, your max earnings drop 1%, if it was 30 and you AAA a level 50 you would earn 20% less)

                    -In addition to one of the above mentioned ideas, the values of ALL purchased AND secret songs should increase to compensate for the increased earning of credits so it still remains balanced.

                      Heres a idea. 1.3x number of credits for a AAA. Most people won't repeat AAAs all day, but it'd be a nice boost for those who manage to grab the AAA.

                          By increasing the possible number of credits you can get on a song, you are devaluing the credit to begin with. So with the exception of the purchased & secret songs that have a reason for their credit value being a certain number (such as 13th, Friday), the credit costs/stockpiles would have to be larger to unlock the songs.

                          That being said, I like the idea of additional credits for a good PA. When I first started playing FFR I didn't give a crap about PA. I felt successful if I managed an FC which led to some bad habits for some patterns. After starting to play again, i saw that i had a rather sad looking ratio of FC's to AAA's and started to care about PA some. If there were a tad more incentive to get a decent PA I probably would have tried to pay more attention to the timings.

                          I'd be more interested in a credit multiplier for a AAA like emulord suggests than a perfect streak counter in game.
