Suggestion. More songs along the lines of "Heavy Metal"?

ever since jamlegend shut down i kinda didn't even wanna come back but sadly its the only multiplayer online music game that gets updated.
And sadly idk how to work out "frets on fire"
so my suggestion would be to add more music that actually involves instruments? like i kno that theres like 12 pages of rock songs now but compared to the latter its a very small list.
I love heavy metal & kinda wish there was more of it on here. i kno its a online version of DDR but that doesn't mean it has to be exactly like DDR with more techno & such then anything else.
i could probably rack more points towards being a vet if there were actually more songs i enjoyed. like some Metallica, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Judas Priest ,Peppermint Creeps, Marylin Manson. i think i mentioned this a very long time ago & i got a reply like "its DDR not guitar zero ***" and thats the thing ITS not DDR. i'm not stomping my keyboard to play.
anyway just a suggestion, could use more variety in terms of genre, like maybe add some amanaguchi (artist that made the music for scott pilgrim vs the world, for the ps3)
And A LOT more in terms of rock, Thrash, & Metal.
thanks if this actually ever happens considering anytime i suggest something that involves more instruments & less of this or that someone always bites my head off.

Keep in mind that every song on FFR was acquired by asking permission from the artist or record label. Sure we can probably get more permissions for rock, thrash, and metal artists, but it is HIGHLY unlikely we'd get permission from famous artists such as Metallica and Iron Maiden.

Regardless, if you find an artist that you would like to be featured on FFR, try asking him or her permission. Then let us know here and we'll add it to the permission list. All genres are welcome. I don't care if someone think it sounds like Guitar Hero material; if it's steppable and we have permission to use the song, it may be used.

For new songs to be added here we have to have permission from the artist. Big bands are usually close to impossible to get permission for, and even if we had permission, not many people would want to step the music anyways.

I had been planning on using the hell out of JT Bruce's permission, but that guy's music is almost steppable. It mostly suffers from repetition which is a shame for stepping but it's still great music..

              We'll see..

I'm trying sooooo hard to find a potential Black Metal song to step. Had one, but at last minute, my permission got revoked, fml.

Other than that, Samurai and I have a thrash metal collab in queue. Might step some more from that same artist, here's the song:

Also, waiting for a cut request completion from WC (guy from post #11) to step a pretty epic melodeath song.

                        Expect me! =)

Another big reason as to why rock/metal isn't very popular to step is because a lot of it has a dynamic (changing) BPM, which makes it a pain to sync.

I'd love more of the rock genre if the files were shorter, to be honest.
