CHUBAY permission via email. Cannot use music included in Konami, Sega, or Bandai Namco games. Everything else should be ok to use, including "Header 'S' Judgement" from SEVEN's CODE. Everything inside SoundCloud is fair game.

(That means no DDR, pop'n Music, SDVX, Chunithm, maimai or Taiko.)

Does a lot of Drum N' Bass, Breakcore, etc. Think The Flashbulb but with a bit more ambience. "I Hope You Rot" is probably one of my favorites.

- We CANNOT use songs licensed to music games with exception to those on a list. The list is:

　・yozora
　・銀梅花
　・Faithtival
　・Reimei (Kagetora specified really wanting this in-game directly.)
　・Move on

(The Usual Requirements)
- We CANNOT use Remixes.
- We CANNOT use collaborations without the other author's permission.

As long as the terms above are followed, content on Bandcamp and SoundCloud can be used. HOWEVER, SoundCloud must be listed as a free download.

After a thorough discussion with Velocity over the Riot Games permissions, legal Jibber Jabber, and their Riot Music Safe-Content Guidelines, we are lifting the ban on Riot Games content that can be used to the content listed on their "Creator-Safe Playlists" on SoundCloud, available at:





Please note, that any & all music released under Riot Games permissions MUST be on one of the above lists. K/DA and True Damage are still banned from being submitted.

Also, this prohibits content submitted this way to exist on the "Apple Store or Google Play Store unless they have either a written license agreement from us or a valid Riot API key and comply with our API Terms and Policies". Therefore, if there was ever to be a release on said platforms in the year of 21xx, content submitted this way would be filtered from being played or accessed on downloads provided on those platforms.


Edit: We've went ahead & gotten a valid Riot API key, and checked their literal 260-page document for API Terms and Policies (THANK GOD ACTUAL LEGAL PAPERS). We don't see anything mentioned about music, so we think we're in the clear and the last point is null.

Riot Games, if you are reading this, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD UPDATE YOUR LEGAL JIBBER JABBER PAGE TO INCLUDE MUSIC AS ITS OWN SECTION. it's nice to incorporate the situation of "streamers" and "content creators (gesturing at YouTubers)" into your legal code, but it is still very vague on terms and conditions of non-profit and non-commercial projects specifically involving music aside from the listed intellectual properties where-as music is not mentioned.

Blanket Permission for Pokestir, whom has a solid collection of VGM remixes (primarily pokemon centric)



We also received specific permission for the Champion Alder arrangement which was a collab between Pokestir and StevenMix.

Your images just broke and it's been less than a month since submitting them lol. Goes to show you can never tell how long proof of permission will exist for.

(I did save a copy of all of them before they disappeared. EDIT: Was asked to re-upload them to imgur and link them, so this post is changed to reflect that.)

And unfortunately have to report with a heavy heart that Umeboshi Chazuke returned my email stating "for use in music games, it is a flat fee of ¥30,000 ($202.29 USD) per song regardless of commercial or non-commercial". They were made known that people have gotten permission for single-use songs for free from Umeboshi in the past prior to this decision. So, this is being treated as a reject on their other content and the details added to the permission spreadsheet.
