                                Just like every other token must be earned through some mundane prerequisite, the afore mentioned task that must be completed to earn it is the ascension into D7.
                                It's completely fair and I for one like that D7 has hyper-exclusive material because I now have real incentive to attain such skill.
                                Also ty kayla for throwing me in D4 I only made 16th but I caught a glimpse at how much skill I have hiding in my hands ;J
