How about you just go regardless because this is a once...maybe twice in a lifetime thing.

Some of my friends going are sub 21 as well so no worries errbodeh, push comes to shove we'll just wreak havoc in the streets and ride roller coasters all Halloween day/night.

I'd have definitely gone and hit up some mid stakes poker games while I was there over the summer but I likely won't have the funds for something like this. I'll attempt to scrape up like a grand if I can but it's unlikely.
