i like some anime, as long as its not overated **** like naruto that sucks balls. ps. its not worth sitting around all day and eating and getting fat over though

Everyone says Naruto is overrated etc. But Naruto is not "overrated". It's usually the best-selling manga on the weekly jump. I personally don't see anything wrong with the current manga as it's flowing now.

Most people get the presumed notion and the first impression that Naruto is "bad" because its anime has no consistency or quality of any kind whatsoever. If there are any other reasons why Naruto can be considered bad, that other good manga/anime don't have, I'd like to know. To be honest, I believe half the people are just jumping on the "Naruto is bad" bandwagon without knowing what Naruto is.

Btw, everyone thinks Naruto and Dragonball were overrated manga/anime, both from JUMP. However, the most "overrated" anime in the history of international media was Majin Gazette. Naruto is getting close, but it's not there yet.

Note: Bleach is a terrible manga and anime. I have no complaints about everyone kicking Bleach every which way.

I'd be surprised if anyone has. It's never mentioned anymore despite it's amazing historical #1 international profit anime achievement. Well, Spain did most of the work.

'Anime' is selectibly amazing. Show's like Lelouch of the Rebellion, Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, and Pale Cacoon are what make Anime good.

Manga to Anime interpretations like Naruto are what make them bad. (Don't get me wrong, the Naruto manga is amazing.)

Now I'm avid viewer of anime and American TV. And aside from sitcoms like the Simpsons(which is great but is starting to get old) there is really barely anything interesting on American TV. Now beasides sitcoms what does american TV have. A bunch of ****ing Crime Dramas like CSI and Law and Order, some Hospital drama, or some crappy reality TV show. The onyl american TV shows I'm addicted to right now are House and Lost. Everything else is the same old crap.

The same thing can be said for anime as there is a lot of stuff thats the same crap over and over again. Its all about preference.

Most of American TV sucks. Family Guy, Futurama, and Simpsons are the only animated works worth it and as for sitcoms there's reruns of alot of older stuff (Prince of Bel-Air, Save by the Bell, even Fraiser) That are amusing but besides that I agree with Caz. And some of the most well known Sitcoms are based of off ones from other countries (Sanford and Son comes to mind, I think Becker was also based off something but I cant remember) so if you wants something new then anime is a nice turn from the norm.

but really, Manga > anime. I have no problem reading the Manga versions of Kenshin, Death Note, Bamboo Blade and even mindless stories like Ranma 1/2 from time to time but God please dont set me infront of their Anime versions!

Usually, cggames -> anime are better than cggames -> manga. But yes, for the most part, the manga is the original. Hence the manga is better.

I really don't care about the artwork in which what I view is done in so I don't really go around looking for anime. I don't like most anime but I really liked Death Note. I also had some of my friends pressure me into watching Lucky Star 7 and another one into Speed Grapher but I didn't really like either of them all that much even though out of the 5 episodes I've seen in Speed Grapher it did have his moments.
