4 Months In Posted on: October 6, 2013, at 07:02:38pm [ 0 comments] So it's been 4 Months since i joined the Navy, 2 Months since i graduated Bootcamp.
I'm currently doing my basic school for my Rate, then Doing A school for 19 more weeks after November 18th when i graduate ATT. Then after that i will have C School(s). Currently rocking a 100 GPA in ATT, with 7 more weeks there i plan on trying to keep that GPA, Test 5 will prove to be a tough test and may bring it down.
We learn so much in so little time here. But it's really interesting stuff so it's easy to learn.
Overall i'm doing great, loving my stay here, making new friends and seeing places i've always wanted to go to.
Life is good. US NavyPosted on: June 7, 2013, at 08:24:50pm [ 1 comment] So 3 days from now i leave for boot camp for the Navy. I destroyed the ASVAB with a 91st percentile score and had every job at my disposal, I decided to join the AECF (Advanced Electronics and Computer Field) Program which will determine my rate between either ET (Electrician Tech) or FC (FireControlman) ET translates to a better civilian job but i plan to do Navy as a career. FC deals with weapon systems mainly and sounds more fun than ET.
I plan to join SWCC once i feel i have physically met the requirements.
Please give your best wishes for me because it will motivate me. U.S Navy future?Posted on: January 27, 2013, at 10:40:03pm [ 3 comments] My current goal in life is to get my foot in the door with the Navy, I want to be an Intelligence Specialist.
On the 4th of February I should find out what jobs i qualify for, which should be most since i've studied for the test for awhile now.
I suppose if all goes well i will train to be a SEAL. But that's most likely after 4 years in, since i'll be trained better mentally and physically by then and will have a better chance in that grueling training.
Wish me luck! I can use all the support i can get. |
