1) FFR needs permission to use the song/artist.
2) The steps need to be sent to Tass and then approved by him and Shash to be put in the game.
3) Added into the game at a later time due to files already going in.

In the end, not every file submitted will be accepted. I don't think anybody got their first file that they submitted ever into FFR.

I think you're the one of the only ones who have posted in here who I completely agree with. Fast is great and dandy, but I think you understand the concept of melody, rhythm, and dynamics. Not just the same three power chords played as fast as you can over some double bass drumming. Children of Bodom is my favorite metal band of all time, and Chimaira and As I Lay Dying are amazing, but I haven't listened to As Blood Runs Black, so I'll have to do that.

I hate when people stereotype death metal. Not all of it incorporates the death grunt style. It's tuned down chugging guitars, complex riffs, and usually adds the dual bass drums at high speeds.

Yeah, i am a musician and play in a little symphony type deal so i really like musicality more than most average people. They really emphasis musical composition very well. If i would guess, a few (if not all) of them have most likely learned indepth music theory.

No one should say what death metal is, it can be anything, those people just have a mental problem. One time when my neighbor payed a heavy metal band to play in their back yard, later came some guys dressed like rappers, but were not, and had a problem with the metal they were playing, then they started a fight with my neighbor and the cops came.

regardless of what fans think or any one catagorizes death metal into ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_m...haracteristics *note the 3rd sentance of the 1st paragraph) I still don't like it, less heavy more famous metal bands I like and I like extratone, which incorperates noise, screams, and other fast rythms, I just still don't find death metal appealing

It's impossible to stereotype a genre of music.. Death Metal is grunting and growling the entire time with very little musical composition whatsoever. They play drums as fast as they can, they play a total of 4 notes and then 3 power chords for a chorus, and IF they throw a solo in there it's the easiest thing in the world that you know required no effort. BLACK metal on the other hand requires actual talent. The people who play that are actual musicians and put time and effort into their songs. It's not always "HATE GOD! THE MAINSTREAM SUCKS! RAH RAH RAH RAH RAH!" But, it's actual METAL. I know not all Death Metal is Hate God, The Mainstream Sucks, Rah rah rah, but that's 99% of it. Listen to Black Metal if you want something with talent. I'm not judging anyone who listens to Death Metal, if you enjoy listening to it, fine, just don't think it requires talent.
