As for the OP...I'll give her that she knows what she wants out of life, which is a rare thing at 15, but as she has not reached the age of majority yet she is still her mother's responsibility. Legally, it is not "her life" yet. As for the baby items, I'd be asking around the extended family and confronting her partners to see if they sprung for it.
