                        Here, I'll give reasons of easy fakeness:
                        1. No yellow, you have fat regardless, so there will be fat on organs.
                        2. The organs are too red, organs are not that shade of red, and are light pink with tons of yellow.
                        3. Dude wouldn't have survived.
                        4. He would be passed out.
                        Harder reasons:
                        1. There is no cut marks .
                        2. There would be ALOT more blood.
