Worst: Wisdom teeth removed, death of my former church youth leader, living with fleas

living with fleas

Had that for few weeks, cats had Frontline, etc, but going outside a lot led to quite a few fleas managing to survive and breed. :/

That sucks. D: Yeah, gotta make sure to at least give your cats flea baths often if they're outdoor cats. The problem I had was so bad though, we practically had an empire of fleas living in the carpet. Glad we moved out of that place. And for some reason I was the only one getting bit by them, besides the animals. Goddamn fleas.

My cats are indoor but they usually escaped out the door whenever someone entered left the house. Damn cats. D:

I didn't get bit at all, but my mum always complained about it, showing me the fleas trying to crawl around on her arm. We gave both cats baths every week to stop any more fleas, while getting rid of the ones plaguing my mum.

In my opinion, the best thing was probably some of the films we had released. No, it wasn't the best year for film, of course it wasn't, but that's not to say we didn't have some great releases.

best thing: very rewarding year for me musically. discovered a lot of new genres I enjoyed, took up the piano, participated in a drum circle. also got a lot better at Korean and thus made some new friends

worst thing: blowing off my high school applications until the last minute = stupid.

Best thing: Go back together with an ex from the last year. I found out that she was several times better than what she was, and she kinda saved my year.


Worst thing: Not getting military documentation, required in Brazil for like any job. Now, I have to wait until June 2011 to get this and, finally, get a job.

Best of '10: Graduating high school and finally getting my drivers' license three weeks later.
Worst of '10: The mental realization that while 90% of my friends are going to college, I'm going into the military. Huge separation factor. =(
