I am personally really scared of getting mine out... I don't like the idea of going under, and people ripping things out of my body. 2 of my wisdoms have broken through and are like halfway in. D: Srsly migraines and pain for a year when they showed up.

Okay, well as long as this thread is alive I suppose I'll keep you guys updated on where I'm at for people who haven't gotten there's out. The numbing is all gone, I slept last night pretty well even with the numbing gone. I don't really have pain, my cheeks and gums on the inside are extremely sore. I can barely shut my teeth right now. I can't quite tell if my bleeding has stopped, but I believe it has. So pretty much today is looking like an ice cream day yaaaaay. XD But yeah, I've got to go out later for 4hrs with my girlfriend, so, that should be enjoyable >.>..


who_cares973 - If they haven't bothered you by now, you might not even need them out.

DJ_Swabber - I definitely suggest looking into getting those out as soon as possible or it's just going to be worse. My wisdom teeth were barely even in & this is looking like a 3 - 7 day recovery or so. :/ But thank you on the 'I hope you recover fast and easily' <3

Also, one more thing, before I went into the surgery for my wisdom teeth I was in the waiting room reading this little piece of paper they gave me & it said if I bleed for more than 24hrs then contact them. It's normal to bleed for more than 24hrs? Oh & one more question. It said I can rinse my mouth out with warm, salted water after 24hrs. Does this still apply if I'm still bleeding after 24hrs?

I have a question, local anesthetic (sp?) is the **** they use to freeze your mouth for cavities right? And the other stuff is 300 bucks to knock you out?

Okay cool, bmah. Well, I'm not feeling any pain at all right now, but my lips & tongue & chin are still completely numb. Two more questions I have for everyone.
1. How long did it take for the bleeding to stop?
2. How much medication did you guys use for how long?

1. few days for it to completely stop
2. I got a hella lotta pain killers. Used them all x)
