    800m: 2:16 -> 2:11 (My current PR)

    I dropped four seconds at a meet about two weeks ago, ran another meet three days later and shaved another second. I may or may not be going to SHOMP Invitational this Saturday, so anybody who is in HS and in the New England region might be seeing me on Saturday. =P

    BTW 17:55 5k from XC in 07. Trying for sub 17 next year, because my team loses 5 of our top 9 guys due to Seniors graduating.

        5:03 mile yesterday at Hemlock, MI.
        I won the slow heat... but was like 10th overall. The actual winner ran a 4:30 I think....
