        oh haha, yeah i forgot, i ran a 57 in the 400 meter but it was jv and i beat everyone by about 20 meters so there was no reason to go fast.

                Uh, 5:18 mile two years ago lol. Haven't run it since then.

                Nice 100, Dawg, that's pretty fast.

                        ****! who runs a 10.4? You have to be division 1.

                        EDIT: last years qualifying times for the 100 meter olympic try-outs were like 10.26 for B and 10.18 for A. Get that man moving!

                                                I can't even remember my times...it's been a little over 2-4 years since those days. I think running the mile I got a 9:48 or something, but other than that I have no idea.

                                                    yeah I only get to run the mile once a year so i can get in the sub 5 club and other than breaking five I don't try my hardest because THE MILE HURTS!
