yesterday, I had no school and I check to all of your comments here. After reading them, I tried to find the best solution. I realised that beating him up would just bring me problem and I'm sure that he know that too. So I choose to also throw him some peice of eraser not as a vengence but as a game and after a 2 shot or so at each other it began as game and it was 2 on 2 like a war if you prefer and when the teacher noticed what we were doing, we stopped but we laugh a little bit 'cause she didn't know who was shooting the piece of eraser. In overall, my day was great

I think the problem is solved but we never can't be sure.

mm why would the teachers even let him throw stuff at you?
Anyway, I usually act careless (laugh..etc) and give puppy eyes to people like that...it works. If I get really annoyed, I guess since I'm a girl I can benefit by pointing at the person and whining "This guy is such a meanie!!" Then everyone would be all sympathetic and say "Oh really, whhhy?!". Then the person that picks on me will be too embarressed XD.

Find him in the hall way, and tell him you would like to speak with him after school about maybe settling the situation with a fight. Hell act all bad ass during the remainder of school and hopefully bring all of his asshole friends. In the meantime, leave school by saying to the principal you feel sick (call your mom if necessary) and go home and do the following: *Find yourself some petrolium jelly, also known as Vaseline or other brand names, find some styrophome(i dont know how to spell it) but its the stuff that you find in a box containing a new tv, or the gift insulation thingies. Anyways, then find yourself some gasoline and dump it into a 5 gallon bucket <---- this will be much better then anything else like a container of some sort. next, grab a paint mixing stick, or a long spoon and mix the 3 ingredients. you will now have in your posession a raw concoction of Napalm. Now, close the 5 gallon bucket, and cut a hole near the top of the bucket, or whatever your using, maybe 2 inches in diameter, thats 1 inch radius. If you have a Bycicle pump, then only cut it the size of the nozzle in which the air flows out. {Important}--> now, get yourself a long strap of duct tape ready to cover the hole you cut, {This is also Important} -->Start pumping air into the 5 gallon bucket until you Know theres a lot of pressure built up inside. Now, Quickly take the pump out and wrap the hole up with the strand of duct tape. Now with the slow leak of air, get a hell of a lot more duct tape on that hole! now you have a raw Napalm Bomb. Now what you should do, if you have any more time, make a basic cupcake, Any flavor is fine for this is not the importance of the project. and most DEFINATELY have a candle!!!! now make a sign saying "IM A FAILURE AND YOUR A WINNER, SO HERES SOME DRUGS INSIDE MY BUCKET" Now the plan is ready for action! get to the school, get to the place he thinks hell be meeting you, set the bucket down, put the cupcake on the top, and post the failure winner sign next to it. When you see him walking out of the doors, make a rude remark to him{Make sure you get his attention} when he starts walking/running up to you, light the candle and stick it in the cupcake that is sitting on the lid of the 5 gallon bucket. GET THE **** OUT OF THERE!!!! Run like you have a cheetah at your back. who cares if they call you a pussy! its part of the plan. Now, what will happen while your running away {You do not want to be around for when the local police get there, so dont bother looking at what you have just created....just keep running} he will look at the cupcake, look at the sign, Pray to god that he blows the flame out because if he doesnt, by opening the pressurized 5 gallon bucket, the napalm fumes that were stuck inside will force out, reaching the flame, igniting the 5 gallon bucket, causing an explosive force that will probably not be good to them, and yes! you problems are solved. but this is just my idea, what you should really look into is either

Btwn I typed this b4 I read the whole thread so I guess u can read this for enjoyment but I really think he likes you and that's his way of getting your attention.

This really sounds like a petty problem you would run into when you're young. What I used to do when I was 14 and run into these types of problems was just fight them or get even. Some stories to inspire your imagination of revenge.

-when I was 12 this kid kept throwing some really hard snowballs at me when it snowed. I tried to chase after him but he was much faster than me even though I was pretty fast. So what I did was, since it was after school, he threw his bookbag next to the wall to go play in the snow, I grabbed the BIGGEST chunk of ice I could find, opened his bookbag and shoved it in and closed his bookbag up. He didn't noticed because I was slick and it melted all over his cd player and books.

-when I was around 9 this kid spit on me a little, and I got mad. He was the tallest biggest kid in the class, but fear not! I was not intimidated. After school he went to go play baseball. So when he was up to bat I coughed up as much flem as I could and went right up to his face and spit it RIGHT ON HIS FACE! Gives a new meaning to IN YO FACE MOFO! Then I ran straight home without looking back.

-Similar story to yours. When I was 11 this kid threw gum down my shirt and I didn't notice until I got home and took my shirt off. So the next day I bought a pack of bubblicious and chewed the whole pack at once. He sat infront of me to watch this movie the teacher was showing. I purposely sat right in back of him. And I waited until the right second and just right about when he was so close to his butt touching the chair to sit, I threw the gum I chewed so he sat right on it. And when he got up the whole class laughed at him because he kept walking and the gum was still stuck to his butt. Needless to say I ruined his day and his MECCA pants. He knew it was me but he couldn't prove it.

So those were somethings I did as revenge when I was young. I saw myself as justice and never let anyone push me around. I wasn't a troublesome kid but I fought back when I needed to. If that kid did that to me I would take out him and all his friends one by one and make sure they couldn't trace it back to me. If you tell a teacher, she/he can't really stop it. Tell your mother... she'll cry u a river. Just take revenge and make sure its sweet. When you get older these typas things won't happen to you no more but instead you'll look back and laugh. Btwn this is so immature on my part but I just feel so old since I'm about to finish school, it makes me feel young again! Oh yeah and I'm a girl and these were all guys
