I don't understand why they would make something so awful. I mean, you can represent modernism without making it look like crap.

The letters are awkward, the Olympic rings don't even look like they belong in the picture, and the odd font they used for 'london' was a poor choice, especially since they didn't CAPITALIZE the damn city's name. They make thing it looks 'stylistic' but not capitalizing the name of the city you're so proud of makes it seem like you actually don't give two-halves or a rat's ass about it.

They didn't put enough thought. :/ They shame not only the Olympics but themselves as well.

I'm actually going to come out and say this

I think it's pretty cool. It's something new, different, and kind of funky. Kind of pop-art style. It's simple yet intricate. I think if you actually try to study the piece, the artist tried to express something by creating it this way.
