Well, madmatt, it WAS pretty significant, and it happened pretty close to where Nima used to live. In fact, it made news to the National Post newspaper the following day lol. And we still don't know who that 30-year old guy was. :/

The topic can be locked if there's a need to do so.

Wow. I feel sorry for him though, even though it's kinda funny in a way. What a bad way to end your life.

Your parents are drinkers and have never gotten drunk in how many years of drinking?

Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. EVERYBODY gets drunk at some time or other. That's like saying your parents have yet to cry.

My mom's 48, my dad's 51. So that's almost 30 years for both of them. I have yet to see or hear of them getting seriously buzzed from alcohol.

Even if drinking is as bad as you speak, I don't see you doing anything to stop it other than (IMO) exaggerating on a gaming forum, in which a good portion of the people won't take it into consideration.

Good = Those that just follow the fashion and/or music.
Bad = There should be a yellow-brick road from here.

Because some (including myself) find other's misfortunes to be quite hilarious. We have yet to know everything about the human mind, my friend.
