It actually says any music player or electronic device, not iPods specifically.

And I personally believe that all laws that protect people from their own stupidity or carelessness (i.e. seat belts) are dumb. But that's just me.

That is a seriously naive statement.

I walk out on the road, using the pedestrian crossing. A car getting chased by the cops speeds right through the red light, hitting and killing me.

Was that my fault? No.

Oh, and I knew this was a stupid idea, that's why I posted it, for you all to talk about haha.

An iPod wouldn't change the situation.
