Is this the thread for reporting bad ads?



I thought you got rid of the dating ads. I mean, at least it's not sexually charged, but it's really not appropriate for this site either.

Very easy to come by these. Just refresh and you can find bad ones quite often.

yeah, AdSense would be nice, and half the time I actually click those. Also I am worried that FFR is going to have it's mirrors [ www.arch0wl.com and www.spinitup.com are the 2 I use most ] banned at my school because of those ads >.< also, I think we need to get as many DDR ads we can, and other music game related things! I actually click those!

Really? Your IP doesn't show many clicks at all. Also, how do you know those URL's were banned at your school as a result of those ads?

I don't think people are seeing the bigger picture here. If google's program was paying the bills, other ads wouldn't be up there. Because of our size, we require an enormous amount of money just to pay the bills. I do my best and have been for over 4 years.

The average user of this site is under 18, aren't they? It's not that it shows anything at all; it's that it's for a dating site.

these companies (for the most part) don't pay per click, they pay per impression.

So it's per time the ad is loaded? Wouldn't it make sense, then, to have the ads on the forums themselves? I dunno about you guys, but lots of times I go straight to the forums and bypass the main page completely. If the ads were on the forums, though, I'd load them up a ton, as would a lot of other people...
