Wait, so are these people actually retarded, as in suffer from mental retardation, or are they just real dumbasses and the total kind of kid you make fun of?
In which case there's a kid at my school named Ryan...really REALLY fat, wears orange shirts (literally...all he wears) and short shorts (i kid you not, they only come halfway down his theighs), big tube socks pulled all the way up, and walks around with his chest puffed out and this really annoying smirk on his face. CONSTANTLY.
But the really annoying bit about him is that he constantly makes these dumbass remarks to the teachers, like she'll say 'So, in 1941..." and he'll go "Actually Mrs. Whoever, I think it was October 8, 1942."
