Ehh, obviously nobody's heard of the time some Texas University students programmed the lights of an apartment building to play Tetris with a well 14 stories high.
I understand that skeptics abound (MalReynolds), but it really is possible to program lights to turn on and off in time with music. I'm sure it's been done hundreds of times.
As for the demands that this song be stepped, I'm going to say no. There would probably be a 16th stream with jumps on the 4ths whenever one hit the chorus, and that's just not right. However, I can see someone looping this and using it for some kind of video game.
