You have to realize one thing: If you continue to act like you NEED her and that you are willing to stick around, she will feel safe having you as a backup in case the other guy ditches her. At this point, she has you wrapped around her finger and she KNOWS it, but apparently you don't. You don't have to abandon her completely, you just have to turn the tables. You have to make it so she needs you, not the other way around. Get her alone and be like "Let's get it on now" and let her know that you'll move on, and you get another gf before she's ready for you then she's SOL.

Now, whether you actually go and get another gf or not is up to you, but you can't act like you're still waiting around. People like to have things that they can't have. Right now, you're there for her if she wants you, but if you're seemingly distant and "unavailable" then she'll go crazy and want you more and more. Trust me.
